A picture of a cold front, black clouds near the beach. Asked whether its orographic, convectional or frontal?

In my geo homework, i’m given a picture of the beach with heavy black clouds. They tell me it’s a cold front.
They ask me whether its convectional, orographic or frontal uplift of air.
I know that is isn’t orographic, because there isn’t any mountains or hills etc.
Not sure whether its frontal uplift of air, or convectional.

Actually, I don’t agree with Maxwell. But isn’t the question a give away? What creates black clouds in a cold front? It must be … frontal, right?
We all agree it’s not orographic; there are no mountains. Now, what is a convection? In my understanding, it is warm air rising because lighter, thus creating a lower pressure. In the case of a cold front, it is the cold air, coming from under, lifting quickly the warmer air. And I write “quickly” on intention. A warm front is something very slack, extending perhaps a hundred miles, but a cold front is something quite steep and all the dramatic associated with it lays there: gusty wind, unstable air masses, rain showers, sometimes associated with thunderstorms. The gravity of the weather is in how fast it changes. Air masses with strong differences of moisture, pressure or temperature are those giving the most spectacular weather but, I digress.

In my humble opinion, the weather created by a cold front comes from its … frontal effect. It seems to make sense, doesn’t it?
