I bought a house box set from ebay seasons 1-4 it has pill bottles all over the front my question is what kind of case is the cds suppost to be im and is it suppose to be 26 dvds im just trying to make sure the guy didnt rip me off and give me burnt dvds the cds i received are in plastic like covers that say 5k all over it ???
there are box sets and I would expect any dvd I buy to be real and not burnt becuase first of all it is illegal to burn and sell them so yeah i would automaticly think its not burnt yeah

Thus, I would say that it sounds like you got burned copies. As to whether or not you were ripped off, it depends on whether or not the person claimed they were official copies. If the person never claimed they were official copies, you got all of the episodes, and they all work, then you might not have gotten what you expected, but I don’t think you can claim you were ripped off.
ETA: You are right that it is illegal to sell burned DVDs. I suppose I’m jaded because I see it all the time. Thus, I make sure to check that it is the “real” DVD set (by looking at Amazon or tvshowsondvd or other such site) before purchasing. I’m sorry that you got misled.
