How to get a good crema on a coffee?
i have a breville cafe style coffee machine
and me and my dad are always wondering how to get the best crema?
eg. pack the coffee tight or loose or let the machine heat for a while?
and answers or suggestions would be good
Hmm…I’m not familiar with that machine, but it sounds like you and your dad are starting in the right direction. Tightness/looseness of the grounds definitely matters. Another thing you could try adjusting is your grind setting. Just try going a little coarser/finer to see which yields the best crema. Speed of the water flow is also important. If it’s possible to adjust this as well, that could help. Good luck!
