IT DOES NOT MATTER WHITCH OF THE TWO BUTTONS YOU PUSH ON TOP YOU STILL ONLY GET HALF OF THE ONE YOU CHOOSE. I love the convience of the maker but not having to wait 2 cycles to get one cup of coffee. Tried cleaning it with vinegar, got a full cup of that. Tried leaving it on all the time, didn’t work. It sounds like alot of water is going back into the water container rather than into the brewer. Please help I need my coffee:((((((((((

It may be a control board or touch pad issue, especially if all of the vinegar you ran thru it came back out. Contact the manufacturer for troubleshooting tips and tech support.
