KitchenAid stand mixer wattage?
I’m trying to decide between a KitchenAid stand mixer and a CuisinArt stand mixer, but I have a question regarding the difference in wattage. The KitchenAid one I am looking at has about 375 wattage, while the CuisinArt has around 800. What I was wondering was if there was a major difference in power and if the lesser wattage would still do as good of a job as the greater wattage.
Just some more information for you, I would be using the mixer to bake things such as cakes, cookies, muffins, bread dough…you get the picture. Only serious answers please. Thank you.
