As far as good quality cookware, which material among the three is the best?
Hard Anodized, Stainless Steel, or Multi Layer (Either Copper / Aluminum core) wrapped with Stainless. I know simply the Copper is the best and are used by most top quality restaurant, but I heard its hard to keep it clean? So, I am considering the next best thing, the above three listed? Oh, what about the brand. I like Cuisinart, but All-Cad for some reason is super expensive for the same value ??
Get mostly Multi Layer Stainless. Keep a few non-stick. Get one or two cast Iron. I also recommend a carbon steel wok.
