Deep Fryers Dirt Removal Advice
Cleanliness is next to Godliness that is why it is important to have a clean body, house, and kitchen and of course clean cooking equipments. This includes cleaning the deep fryers that we normally use for frying chicken wings, turkey and even use for boiling our pasta. It is important to clean it without using strong chemicals that may harm the human body when you use them.
That is why you should use cleaning agents that are not strong but can clean your dirty deep fryers. These cleaning agents include dishwashing liquid, vinegar, baking soda and water. You will need scraper, bucket, scouring pad and paper towel. Once your cleaning materials are ready you are set to start cleaning your deep fryers. Just remember that we are going to remove the dirt and not to scratch the equipment. Thus, you should make extra careful in scrubbing the surface of an aluminum deep fryers or stainless steel deep fryers.
Hence, electric deep fryers are time saver for restaurant it is the most used by many cooks. The one being used can be electric or just the one that can be use with the stove which is an energy saver. Well, let us go back to cleaning fryers. Fryers has basket so wash it first and put it in a clean place after. If you are using the electric deep fryers, then make sure to unplug it from the very beginning of your washing session. Use scraper to remove some dirt inside the fryers and wipe it out with paper towel then put the dirt in the trash bin.
