what is the best easy to hold electric knife?

Have little grip in hands, therefore I would like a lightweight easy to use electric carving knife.

Agree with above. Not sure an electric knife would be a good idea. They’re relatively heavy and the vibrations may be too much for you too. A sharp serrated knife will probably be your best option. But avoid the one’s claiming to be the sharpest knife in the world with a flimsy flexible blade. These, imo, are dangerous.
Try improving your technique with a knife too. A good knife only requires a light sawing motion. There should be little kneed to press down. Knife balance is important too. For effortless knife use the knife should be just about balanced when you hold it normally where the index finger is underneath. So knives where the blade drops down in this position should be avoided.
Kitchen Devil’s knives seem to be a reasonable domestic product. And are available in most countries.
I’m a chef so can spend a lot on a knife. But looked after it can last a lifetime so be a good investment. I use Wusthof but that’s my personal choice other great manufacturers like Global, Victorinox, Gushof Emil Ern, etc. all make very good products if you can afford it. And you will probably only need one. One good knife is better than buying a whole set of mediocre knives. Most people only use one or two out of a set anyway.
