Oasis Odyssey Series Hot N’ Cold Stainless Deep Top Water Cooler with Storage Cabinet $807.5 The Oasis Odyssey Series (504253) is a modern premium point-of-use cooler with easy filter access and an electronic control center to manage all cooler functions. It can produce thirty (30) six ounce cups of cold water per hour, and forty-five (45) cups of piping hot water, with a hot water booster function for optimal tea temperature. A convenient storage cabinet is next to the cooler, providing an area for cups and other accessories. Where a bottle normally enters the top of a cooler, a float assembly is fitted. A hose coming directly from your water source, which can be tap water, filtered water or RO water, is connected to the back of the float assembly, then goes down the back of the cooler and out of sight. When water is drawn from the cooler, the float assembly allows water to flow back into the cooler until full, thereby providing a continuous source of water without bottle storage or spilled water. Tips For Storing Wine
How you store your wine can make the difference between joyfully opening a perfectly scented, exquisite tasting wine to discovering unexpectedly that you now have a pungent vinegar. Wine connoisseurs are very careful with not only which types of wine they buy but also how to store wine. Follow these simple tips so that your wine will always taste its’ best and you don’t have to find a second bottle of wine to replace the one that was damaged.
Keep The Cork Moist
Storing wine on its side is done for a reason. This method of storage keeps the cork moist so it will not crack. Too much or too little humidity can also cause issues. Too much can cause mildew; too little can cause the cork to crack.
Minimize Movement
When wine moves in the bottle, it subtly changes the flavor. We recommend keeping your wine as stable as possible to maintain it at its best. By carefully storing your wine in a wine rack it is less likely to be jostled.
Temperature Makes A Difference
Wines like to be kept at a consistent temperature that isn’t too hot or too cold. Ideally, wine should be stored between 5 to 18 degrees Celsius. A wine cellar is the most common solution to maintaining this constant environment. This makes certain the wine and the cork are at optimal temperatures.
Light Can Damage Wine
Generally, you want to store your wine in very low light or pure darkness as light breaks down wine. Fortunately, most bottles are currently made with ultraviolet filters to reduce the amount of light exposure. Too much light will cause the wine to have a repugnant aroma. Be careful to not store your wine by a window that allows direct sunlight to shine on your wine bottle.
Storing Left Over Wine
