Will scented tealights affect food in a food warming dish?
I have a porcelain casserole dish that sits over two tealights to keep food warm. All I have are lilac scented tealights from Yankee Candles. Will the scent permeate the food?
yes!!! dont do it! i made that mistake before and my cheese fondue tasted like a candle!
for next time, walmart and many stores that have craft and candle sections have large bags of unscented tealight candles for just a few $$
