I’m always seeing shows on TV where restaurants make delicious looking hot dogs. Now I want to make these at home but I don’t know where you get the good tasting dogs you see. I figured they might be purchased in bulk from distributors, but I can’t even find information on them!
well hotdogs are sold fully cooked… thats just how they are produced for purchase..
now if you think about it more.. hotdogs are actually classified as sausages.. you can find uncooked “raw” sausaged at most good grocer delis.. so hunt for those if thats what you want.. otherwise, just buy any good hotdog
