Not fondue! It doesn’t matter what kind it is, as long as it’s at least semi-authentic and maybe around the King County area. If not, anywhere else would be appreciated!
I’m not usually a big fan of Hot Pot, but Seven Stars Pepper Szechuan Restaurant in Seattle does it pretty well. They’re in the International District.
