• This juicer processes wheat grass, watercress, parsley, and various other fine herbs. To maximize extraction, roll fine herbs in cabbage or lettuce wrappers in advance of juicing. Roll leafy greens together prior to juicing to boost juicing effectiveness.
• It does not jump around on the counter and no matter what it is processing, the juicer stays in place.
• This appliance is a huge appliance that requires a significant area on your counter or in your pantry. It measures 17″ by 11″ by 20″ and weighs 21 pounds.
To wash, rinse all removable Breville juicer components immediately after use to clean away pulp and fiber. Doing this immediately rather than several minutes later, significantly decreases cleanup time.
