Recommendation for a good mandoline slicer?
I have a cheapo one that just does not work. Anyone have a good one they would recommend and if so, about how much does it cost?
The Jiminox Professional French Mandoline on Amazon is of good quality, and has 7 different blades.
It’s on sale for $49.00.
Most stainless steel units are well built, with a few exceptions. If you are willing to spend over $100.00, there are some really sturdy units if you want to use it daily. Your local restaurant supply company may have a few deals, too.
