Corn Grain Mill

The most versatile corn grain mill that is on the market today is the Weston Multi-Grain & Cereal Mill.  The Weston grain mill in price is a true value.  There are a few other mills out there like the Grizzly H7775 cast iron corn grain mill, but the best grain mill for your money is the Weston. 

The mill is of hefty construction.  The main body is cast iron which will have you milling into the next millennium.   The finish appears to be powder coated.  The five and one half inch hopper which feeds in the chosen grain or corn to grind is of stamped aluminum.  The hopper is large enough to hold an ample amount of grain to grind at one time.  The unit is simple to disassemble to clean and put back together. 

The mill is capable to grind a wide variety of goods.  Wheat, corn, soybeans or cracked and cleaned nuts are just some of the items that can be ground.  It should be noted that while the mill does work well the grind for flour is less than desired.  The fineness is just not there.  A true hand grind flour mill would be a better choice for this task.  A Victorio hand grain mill would be a great choice.  However, the uses for this Weston mill are a plenty.  Crack or grind grains for breakfast hot cereal meals or even crack some corn for the chickens; this unit is also good for grinding coffee beans. 

 As always, when getting any new food grade equipment, clean completely prior to use.  This is an imported product.  The value is there in this grinder.  Use for the improvement of your families health and well being.  Happy grinding and happy eating.
