The Many Uses Of Hand-held Mixers
Do you own a hand-held mixer? Most people do. They make an important addition to any kitchen. However, more people are buying large stand mixers. They are very good for some purposes. Hand mixers have definite advantages over their larger counterparts. They do not require much room to use. You will pay considerably less for the smaller more portable mixers. If you can afford only one mixer, the hand-held units are a viable option. Many new ones are very powerful than they used to be.
You hand-held mixer may be easier to operate. Mix things in smaller containers if you wish. You may do most kitchen tasks with the hand units. Due to its smaller size, cleanup may be quicker and easier. The mixers will work fine for many of your baking needs. Mix bread dough. However, if you make bread frequently, you may need a more powerful stand mixer. There are many attachments to use with hand-held mixers.
Flat beating
You may think that flat beater are only for the large stand mixers. This is not true. Suppose you have a Kitchenaid hand mixer. You will be able to buy flat beaters for it. They work well for things like cookie dough. They will also mix batters.
