Ill Communication $6.37 By 1994 the Beasties had settled into their cultural role as the grand arbiters of cool, and Ill Communication is pretty much a catalog of coolness: live funk, a bit of hardcore, ingenious samples of obscure records, keyboards by analogue master Money Mark, guest shots by Q-Tip and Biz Markie, MCA’s cop-show metal number “Sabotage,” and the inevitable cascade of witty old-school rhymes. But it’s a… |

Mahogany [VHS] $14.95 You know those movies that seemed really, really awesome when you were a teenager? Then, when you saw them again as a adult, you recognized them for the romantic dreck they always were? Mahogany exemplifies the breed. How to convince your old fashion mom that you can dye your hair?
My mom is like sooo old fashioned and wont let me dye my hair! I have dirty blonde hair and I used Sun In which made it a little blonder, but it’s very boring now and I want to dye it dark brown. I’m 13 and very mature. I’ve told her that it doesn’t hurt your hair and I even showed her the color I want but she just keeps saying no! What can I say to let her finally dye my hair?
HELP!?!?
I dont like the answers that the other people gave you, im thirteen too and i know exactly how it feels im mature and i want things to like im starting to get older and we want things like piercings and to dye our hair. Prove to her somehow that the generations are completely different now and dying your hair is very normal for our age. It will show how mature you are and its very important for the new school year. Explain how you want a new look for something fresh. Its not dangerous at all and i know SO many people that dye their hair like seriously every 2-3 months. You can get special shampoos and hair cremes to treat it well so it wont damage it. If you want it to be cheap try it yourself but i recommend for your first time go somewhere professional and cheap. Like the other answers said maybe convince her that your old enough and mature and responsible by asking to do chores or a favor for her then if you do a good job you can get in exchange your hair dyed. i hope i could help i know exactly how you feel and good luck
(( Im getting my hair thats plain brown dyed blue, blonde, and black :] ))
