putting onions in a blender/liquidizer?
hi
if i put onions in my blender or liquidizer is it going to make the bowl smell? its made of plastic, and if so does anyone know how i can avoid it from smelling because if i use it for onions and then a smoothie obviously i dont want my smoothie tasting of onion

its just i got a new blender today and it has an attachment that slices up your onions and its for making soups and things so how can i stop it from smelling like onions
just put some lemon scented dish soap, and add a little water to the blender and let it blend into a nice thick foam, it will clear out any lingering onion scents
