Now I cannot tell you that you will be healed from a sickness by drinking juice, but I can tell you that you will be getting your daily amount of proper nutrition. Let’s look at what we need in order to buy a top juicer for the family.
· Juicer, how to determine what to buy. There are juicers as simple as a hand squeeze for lemons and limes, to professional grade work in a commercial setting. So what is your budget? Do you buy fresh juice on the way to work or at the store to take home in the evening? Give these things some thought when figuring up what you are willing to spend. There are many juicers for sale.
· Now the juice is squeezed and fresh, how long does it stay fresh? You just squeezed it, drink it. The best time is when it’s done. This is for many reasons. The juice is at its peak of flavor and color. Oxidization starts when the juice is coming out of the machine. So the quicker consumed the better. The antioxidants in the juice perform at their optimum when just extracted from the vegetables. The antioxidants will attract excess free radicals in the body. This is a help in preventing cell damage by the free radicals.
· What fruit and vegetables do I buy? Fewer at one time. Keep everything a fresh as possible. Remember, when buying at the store the produce has come from a far distance away. California, the gulf coast states and even overseas. Buying from a local farmers market is also great. Get to know the vendors. They will let you know what will be sold the next market day.
