Where did my oil pressure in my 1997 ford truck go?
my dad took the oil pan out of our ’79 ford and left it out for about a month…and when he put it back in he lost all pressure.. how can he fix this???
my dad took the oil pan out for about a month and and when he put it back in the pressure gage showed that there wasn’t any pressure. The seal is fine. but there is no oil pumping out of my oil filter. How do you prime it???
Check the seal around the oil pan. If it was working fine before than it most likely means that somewhere the gasket is not seating good and is causing the oil pressure to be off because air is leaking in.
