Cuisinart is one more name with a respectable reputation of providing excellent products, and the brawny Cuisinart SM-55 should keep Cuisinart’s reputation unharmed. This 800-watt machine is lightweight enough to be carried handily, but stable enough so that your mixer does not do a bread dough two-step. This mixer comes with the usual whisk, dough hook and paddle attachments and also a splash guard in keeping with the other two models. You can actually program that timer and go elsewhere to accomplish another job, and this SM-55 will turn off once the mixing is completed.
