How to Create Easy Italian Appetizers
Nothing fits better with a meal than a traditional Italian appetizer. These tasty treats work very well with any dinner or meal you serve. There are many ingredients to choose from when you are preparing your appetizer. Here are some easy Italian appetizers you can use at the next dinner with your family and friends.
A simple, yet eye-pleasing appetizer you can put together is an antipasto platter. This platter contains a variety of cured meats, cheeses and vegetables that your guest will love to nibble on as you prepare the mail course. The great thing about this platter is it’s extremely easy to make. You can also put bread or crackers on the tray, depending upon your preference. This hassle-free starter is sure to be a hit with any crowd.
Next try the meatballs! Depending upon your time schedule, you can use an easy recipe to make your very own meatballs from scratch. I found an excellent recipe on Chef Micheal’s blog at www.volpifoods.com. If you like spicy foods, you will love these specially made meatballs. This is a family favorite and has become a food tradition in my house.
