I have a GE Refrigerator Model Number 363PDS20SBSBLSS bottom freezer purchased from SEARS?
Every since I purchased this bottom freezer refrigerator in June 2007, the vegetables and fruits have remained solid frozen in the bins. There has been so far 4 Sears technicans who have come to my house and have said ‘the design is fine, adjust the temperature’. I have tried everything, but the vegetables and fruits remain frozen solid. Any advice and help will be hugely appreciated
You have a defective unit. All appliances carry a 1 year manufactures warranty. Replace the unit ASAP. Call the sales rep. and demand a replacement. From experience, GE appliances are the worst on the market. Examine Consumer Reports, and select one made by Whirlpool or Maytag. Keep in mind, GE also makes some Kenmore brands, so be careful.
