I took two days off from my exercise and diet routine, indulged in a lot of junk food and weighed myself?
I weighed myself on an empty stomach after the 2 days of taking off from diet and exercise and the scale is 9 pounds heavier.
Did I really gain 9 pounds in two days, or is this mostly water weight ?
unless you ate about 30000 calories, it’s likely just “water weight’, or the weight sitting in your stomach.. even though you said empty stomach, some food, especially meat, sits in your stomach for a long time.
Drink lots of water and weigh yourself again in a few days (not right away) and you should be back, or nearly back to normal.
