I need a good seafood chowder recipe using shrimp and lobster. I plan on serving for my super bowl party?

Shrimp & Lobster Chowder for a SUPERBOWL party
You may want to trip this recipe it’s only for 2 pints:

Ingredients:

3 pints strong fish stock
1 lb. lobster shell
1 lb. shrimp shells or heads
8 oz. mire poix–leek, celery, carrot, onion
1 clove crushed garlic
1 1/2 tbsp. grade A tomato puree
1 each bay leaf
1 sprig fresh rosemary, tarragon and basil
salt and freshly ground white pepper and Worcester sauce to taste.
3 oz. butter
4 oz. smooth roux

Method
In a heavy bottom pan, melt butter and add lobster and shrimp shells. Fry until they start to brown.
Add tomato paste and fish stock. Bring to boil and simmer for one hour.
Strain and pound the shells until finely crushed, return to stock and add Mire Poix, bay leaf and garlic. Simmer for further half hour.
Strain again, bring to boil and season to taste. Thicken with the roux and simmer for 10 minutes to cook out the flour.
Strain through a very fine strainer

To Finish:
4 oz. Diced fish, shrimp and lobster
4 oz. Assorted diced vegetables
2 fl. oz. Fine cognac
3 fl. oz. Heavy cream
1 oz. Butter

Method
Melt butter and sweat diced fish and vegetables.
Deglaze with cognac and add the soup. Bring to boil, add cream and reduced for ten minutes.
Adjust seasoning and serve immediately.

Roux
4 oz. Melted butter and 4 oz. Flour blended together.
