Review by Ralph Jarmon -This is a great little convection oven. It’s our second Cuisinart of this type. That’s right. The first one broke down (the digital control panel started to malfunction) but that was after about 6 years of constant use. We literally ran that it into the ground using it 3, 4, 5+ times a day, every day. The new model is deeper which is good for say a 12-13″ pizza. We only do that very occasionally. I like the total brushed stainless steel look. The controls are very easy to use and they’re accurate. I know people complain you have to pull out the tray instead of it popping out on a spring. You don’t have to be too innovative here. You can use a kitchen towel, mitt or even a fork and slide the tray out. It doesn’t have an oven light. That would be a good addition but for us it’s not a biggie. It’s footprint is perfect for its small counter location in our little galley kitchen. It just fits the 18″ wide counter next to the stove. I’d give it a 4 ½ stars but since they don’t have that rating I gave it five. It’s an excellent price-value. Another possible point of consideration for you is that it’s just me and my wife here so I can’t really say how well it fits the demands of larger households. For 2 people it handles our needs just fine.

It suits our purpose just fine and is so much nicer than heating up the large oven for just the two of us. I find I’m making things now that I put off making. I use it 99% of the time as an oven; not as a toaster. I love the convenience of the toaster oven. If you can afford this one I would highly recommend it.
