Can high fibre diets cause diaherra ?

I must of remembered incorrectly but I read something like that before, and sometimes, I do get diaherra about once every two weeks soon after my high fibre steamed vegetables and fresh vegetable juice drink breakfast. But my stools do return to being more healthy & normal again after. It is likely because of bacteria in the juicer or vegetables but is their any truth in my question?

First let us define diaherra as more than 3 bowel movements a day.

Then let’s define high fiber as more than 25 grams of fiber per day.

If you veggie drink has more than 35 grams of fiber … or your total intake of fiber is more than 35 grams… this could cause some over action of the bowel.

My advice is to get 20 to 25 grams of fiber daily and stop overdoing fiber every two weeks. Also make sure you clean your juicer and wash your veggies throrouhly.
