Chicken Dinner Question!?
Hi everyone! I’m having a little trouble with ideas for a chicken dinner. I have some boneless chicken breast and thick and spicy barbeque sauce (which I usually put on wings and bake in the oven). I don’t really want to bake the chicken breast in the oven like I do with the wings. Do you guys have any tips for cooking it on the grill or on the stovetop? I’m really stuck, I don’t know how to go about this haha.
How about this… Grill or brown the chicken, let it cool a little then shred or cut into small pieces. Put that into a saucepan and add the barbeque sauce, then heat through. Wa-la – you’ve got Chicken Sloppy Joe’s!
