What does it mean when sake is classified as “super premium” or “ultra premium”?
I just purchased a bottle of Ty Ku sake, and the bottle says it is of “super premium” grade. Another Ty Ku soju, is described as “ultra premium”. What do these titles mean? Does it have to do with the age of the liquor or the manufacturing time?
Grades of Sake refer to the amount of polished rice in the grist used for brewing – however I have never heard of these two grades
