How do you prepare bagels like Panera breads?
Panera bagels are always soft, but not too soft. And the outside is not cripsy nor hard, its like a pretzel outside. I have thomas bagels, and thier frozen, how would i prepare them to make them like paneras bagels?
I hate toaster style bagels, and just putting it into the micromave, it then comes out way too soft.
Try baking them. You can do it in the toaster oven. Bake them at 300F. If they are frozen, I’d cook them for 15 to 20 min. If these come out to crispy or dry, you can put an oven safe bowl or cup in the toaster oven with water in it. That will make your bagel softer still.
