Do you still get fiber through blended food?

I can only eat liquid food, so I use a blender and a strainer all the time to get the food I need… vegetables, egg (only very seldom meat as it won’t go through the strainer as well).
Now my question is: Do you still get the fiber in the vegetables when they have been blended with soymilk (I always strain it as well).

I’ve read the most horrible stories that your organs risk not working when you only eat liquid for years (in this case for the rest of my life and I am only 25 years old)

I am okay with it, I just want to be sure I get fibers and all I need.

try benefibre if you are worried about not getting enough fibre. I guess you won’t know until you go to the bathroom in the morning. Benefibre can be mixed with your tea, milkeshake, or even water… it becomes transparent. However, too much fibre can constipate you, so I would reocmmend trying it on your own first and seeing if the fibre goes through. I’m 80% sure it will go throguh even if you break it down.
