hello all ,, i just buy a used kitchenaid dryer ,,, my question is,, my friend tell me that the dryer need L1 and L2 ( 2 phase ) and neutral and earth is that true ? and how much volt / line i need ? ,,, 110 volt or 240 vole ?

Standard electric dryers in the United States will require 240VAC at 30A.

That is, 240 volts, single phase fused at 30 amps. Two hots (L1 & L2), one ground (Earth), one neutral. That will be (at least) 4-conductor, 10-gauge wire from your panel to the dryer.
