Question: Do alkaline water drops provide the same benefits as a water ionizer?

The first thing you need to consider is that water ionizer typically have water filters attached to them. Alkaline drops do not have any water filtering properties. So if using the alkaline water drops only, you are not removing any of the chemicals or impurities in the water you are simply just adding something else.

Therefore, it is very important that you use these drops with a pure water source, to which most of us do not have access. It is recommend that if using city water or even well water you run it at least through a carbon filter.
