Why Women Wear Bra? To Wear or Not to Wear
Every woman wears bra at the start of her teenage or puberty years. Since women’s breasts undergo a significant change, it is believed that she had to adjust herself to her body. Wearing bras has become a part of women adulthood stage. But what exactly is the reason why women wear bra? Why can’t women just let their nipples show? Is it really important to wear bra?
Bras are made for the purpose of supporting the breasts of women. It is known to give specific advantage like improving and maintaining the shape of the breast and preventing it from sagging. Some says that wearing bras make them feel comfortable while others say that it’s really uncomfortable wearing it. Wearing the right kind of bra for yourself will help you boost confidence because of having a sexier and fuller breast. Whatever the reason why women wear bra, it’s mostly because the society told them do so. Women’s are introduced to the world where wearing an underwear is considered to be important.
Women during ancient times don’t wear bras. Evidence can be found and learned on all history subjects and books offered in your schools. Even Eve, the first woman on earth don’t wear bra, evidence can be read from the Holy Bible itself. Whatever side of the real reason why women wear bra is because of the society. Why? Some women think that it is indecent or immoral going out without wearing bra. What makes a woman’s breasts indecent? The answer will also be because of the society. Since society’s literacy when it comes to sex becomes more and more complex and modern, women’s breast which is known to be the source of healthiest milk for newborn babies has turned into a parody of obscene sexual image. Believe it or not, breastfeeding is found indecent when you breastfed on public which is not supposed to be right. Female breast are misunderstood because of commercial purpose introduced by media and the society itself. Morality is a very complicated matter to talk about especially when the topic is about sex. That’s the reason why most women have no choice but to follow the trend to wear bras. To avoid discrimination, prejudice and to become a part of the group. This concept applies not only to women but to all individuals. An ordinary individual will just simply follow the rules and traditions the society has given them. People are afraid to go out of what we called “the safe spot” and experiment what will happen if they go outside the boundaries.
Choosing to wear or not to wear bras will solely depend on you. If you choose to wear bras, then there should be no problem as long as you know how to choose the right bra for you. However, if you choose not to wear bras, there are alternatives and other solutions if you want to live your day as a bra-free individual. Just remember that each and every decision you’ll make will affect your life.
