My Bread Machine stop baking, Should I get it fixed?
I have a Welbilt BreadMachine ABM7500 and I love it but it stop baking. It kneads the dough and let it rise but it doesn’t bake it. Is this a common problem and should I get it fixed or should I bite the bullet and get a new one?
I never use mine to bake. It makes the dough, and then I can shape it the way I like and bake it myself. I usually make bagels French bread & buns. Even when I make loaves though, I prefer the long loaf in the pan over the tall bread machine loaf.
So I would just leave it like that and keep using it. But, if I still baked bread daily (which I don’t, because we rarely eat regular bread) I would buy a new one. Just think, you could get a new one with all the bells and whistles and it probably won’t cost you much because they aren’t that expensive anymore.
